SEO Audit Tool

Refund policy

Last updated:

We want you to be happy with a SEO Audit Tool scan. This page says when you get your money back and how to ask. The homepage audit is free, so it never needs a refund.

What you buy

A full-site scan is a one-time payment in US dollars. You pay once for one scan of up to the number of pages in your plan. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

You get a refund automatically when

  • The scan could not run because your site was down or blocked our crawler. The credit comes back to you, or the payment is refunded if you prefer.
  • The scan failed because of a problem on our side.
  • You were charged twice for the same scan.

You can ask for a refund within 14 days when

  • The report is clearly wrong or missing the pages you paid for.
  • The scan was not delivered or the report cannot be opened.
  • Something else went wrong and we could not fix it.

When we cannot refund

  • The scan finished and the report works, but you changed your mind after 14 days.
  • You scanned a site you do not own or have permission to test.
  • You disagree with an SEO suggestion. Reports are advice, not a promise of rankings.

How to ask

  1. Open the contact form and choose Billing.
  2. Paste your report link, or the email you paid with.
  3. Tell us briefly what went wrong.

We reply within 2 working days. If we agree to refund you, the money goes back to the card or account you paid with.

How long it takes

We approve refunds quickly. Your bank or card company then usually needs 5 to 10 working days to show the money, and sometimes longer.

Taxes and payment provider

Payments are handled by our payment provider, who also collects any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country. A refund returns the full amount you paid, including tax.
