Privacy policy

This policy explains what SEO Audit Tool collects when you use the free SEO audit, the contact form or a paid scan. We collect as little as we can.

When you run a scan

• We store the address you entered and the report we create from it.
• We do not store your IP address. We keep a one-way hash of it, only to limit free scans per day.
• Free reports are deleted after 30 days. Screenshots are deleted after 7 days.
• Anyone with the link to a report can open it. Report pages are hidden from search engines.

Services that help run the audit

• Google PageSpeed Insights receives the page address to return real-user speed data.
• LanguageTool receives the visible text of the scanned page to check spelling and grammar.
• Cloudflare protects the site from abuse and may set a security cookie.

When you contact us

We store your name, email address and message so we can reply. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell them.

Payments

Paid scans are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of the purchase so we can add your credits.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete a report or a message at any time through the contact form.
